Lloyd Blankfein was Goldman Sachs’ CEO from 2006 to 2018.
Prior to joining Goldman, Blankfein worked as an attorney. He joined the investment banking company in 1982, was named partner in 1988 and eventually worked his way up the ladder to the top spot. After serving as CEO, Blankfein continued to serve as chairman and is now senior chairman.
