Biography:

Beth Kobliner is the author of two New York Times bestsellers, “Get a Financial Life: Personal Finance in Your Twenties and Thirties” and “Make Your Kid a Money Genius (Even If You’re Not).” She is also a financial journalist and columnist whose writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, O, The Oprah Magazine, Money, Glamour and Redbook.

Kobliner, who is known for her ability to make personal finance topics easy to understand, has also appeared on television — on shows that include NBC’s “Today” show, ABC’s “Good Morning America,” PBS’ “NewsHour” and “Oprah” — and has been featured on numerous radio shows, including NPR’s “Marketplace.”

She is passionate about getting people more comfortable talking about money, as she believes this is key to improving our financial lives.
